We are seeking a passionate and organised Warehouse Operations Manager to play a vital role in delivering essential support to people facing hardship across the borough. Based at the Broadmead Warehouse, this part-time position offers the opportunity to lead and develop the foodbank’s logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of food and essential items in line with our values of compassion, dignity, and equity.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, support and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, and ensure high standards of food safety and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our service, including implementing a digital inventory system and developing chilled and frozen food capabilities as part of our long-term vision.
