Food collection at Tesco (Barkingside) receives 985 kilos of food and hygiene products
Tesco supermarket in Barkingside hosted food collections on the 6 and 7 September. Redbridge foodbank volunteers handed out “shopping lists” with suggestions of what to donate. Sahira’s family and friends donate 1 tonne of food and hygiene products to the Redbridge Foodbank
Sahira, together with her family and friends donated 1032.55 kg of food and hygiene products to the Redbridge Foodbank. DYNO Plumbing East London donates £1070 to the Redbridge Foodbank
Employees from DYNO Plumbing East London took part in a sponsored fast during this Ramadan period. The money raised was then doubled by DYNO Plumbing East London. Tesco Ilford (Barkingside) hosted a food collection on the 17 and 18 May 2019. This collection is part of the Redbridge Foodbank’s ongoing campaign to help support people struggling with hunger and poverty in the Redbridge.
