Our foodbank relies on your support and goodwill
Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.
Our shopping list on the right shows the food items that we need right now – all of which should be undamaged/unopened and before the Best Before / Use By Date.
CAN I DONATE BABY MILK FORMULA?
In line with the guidance issued by UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative (May 2019), we do not accept infant formula donations
WAYS TO GIVE
- Online via our Give Today page.
- Online via Bankuet. Your gift, specified for Redbridge Foodbank, will enable us to order exactly the food we need for people, when we need it – and Bankuet will deliver it directly to us.
- Donate at Redbridge Foodbank collection points below. Please check our most needed list (on right) and please only donate items that are in-date and unopened, as otherwise we’re not able to give them away.

Download the free BanktheFood app via your app store and search for Redbridge Foodbank using the postcode finder. Here you can find a regularly updated list of our urgently needed items and our drop-off points. The app will even send you a helpful ‘ping’ with a reminder of the items we need when you are shopping in your local supermarket.
- Give a financial donation, which we’ll continue to use where the need is greatest as we support local people.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally we send food to other nearby foodbanks and charities to support their work particularly if they experience shortages. This ensures your donations go to help people wherever in the UK they are. Please contact us if you have any questions about donating food.
