New Benefits Drop-in Service at Redbridge Foodbank

We’re excited to share that the London Borough of Redbridge Welfare Benefits Team will be providing a new drop-in service at our Jubilee Church location (14 Granville Road, Ilford IG1 4JY).

The first session will take place on Tuesday 28 October. Drop in anytime between 11am – 12.30pm.

The drop-in service will be held every two months, with further dates to be confirmed.

Redbridge Benefits Service offers advice and support to help you get all the benefits you are entitled to.

Their services include:

• Support to identify all the benefits you are entitled to.
• Help and advice around completing forms for a range of benefits, including in-work benefits, out-of-work benefits, and disability benefits.
• Signposting to other sources of financial assistance including grants for vulnerable people.
• Cost-of-living advice and support, including signposting and referring you to other agencies and charities in Redbridge who can help you with specific issues like energy costs, food and clothing, furniture, debt advice and other money matters.

They can also help with a form filling service for the following benefits:
