London City Airport collected food for the Redbridge Foodbank at a local supermarket on 14 June 2016. Anna―one of the volunteers from London City, said: “London City Airport is committed to supporting the East London area.” The Redbridge Foodbank relies on food collection to replenish its food supplies.
“We really enjoyed the team challenge and hearing more about the important work carried out by the Redbridge Foodbank. London City Airport has spent 2 weeks volunteering, with 83 colleagues volunteering in the East London area.”
